Conveniently located near Florence S.M. V. Station, it provides easy access to the city's treasures, a great advantage for travelers on the go. The suite I occupied was spacious, featuring a separate bedroom and living area. I found the facilities underwhelming for the price point. Air conditioning was functional, but the bathroom presented issues; notably, the lighting at the mirror was insufficient, limiting usability. The modern decor did little to mask other deficits, such as the absence of a mini-bar and limited free toiletries. While the property is presented as a luxury destination, inconsistencies in housekeeping and a lack of adequate customer service marred an otherwise pleasant environment. the absence of proper compensation terms for guest inconveniences raises questions about the establishment's commitment to guest satisfaction. Hotel Daphne offers a lovely location and spacious suites, but potential guests should weigh these factors against their value and the possibility of service hiccups.
