The modern decor did little to mask other deficits, such as the absence of a mini-bar and limited free toiletries. While the property is presented as a luxury destination, inconsistencies in housekeeping and a lack of adequate customer service marred an otherwise pleasant environment. the absence of proper compensation terms for guest inconveniences raises questions about the establishment's commitment to guest satisfaction.
